Strategic Approach
The position combined client communication with structured performance metrics. Core responsibilities included:
Inbound Lead Management
Handling incoming enquiries from prospective immigration clients with no cold calling required.
Consultation Conversion
Explaining legal services clearly, identifying client needs, and converting consultations into retained matters.
CRM & KPI Tracking
Maintaining accurate CRM records and achieving defined performance targets.
